  • Benefit from an industry leading executive team
  • Generate recurring revenue from asset-based infrastructure model or repeatable revenue from a services-based business model
  • Demonstrate path to revenue scale and either profitability or have a clear plan to minimize the period of subscale, loss-making operations
  • Possess a defensible competitive advantage
  • Have opportunities to enhance market positioning and scale via acquisitions
  • Require an equity investment between $15 to $40 million across the investment lifecycle (larger amounts can also be accommodated)
  • Can grow to an enterprise value north of $200 million
